芭蕾舞表演
今年夏天寧寧參加了芭蕾舞的課程
在學期結束以前 老師特地安排最後一堂課當作成果驗收
邀請全家大小甚至親朋好友一起來看表演
平常都是爸爸帶寧寧去上課 今天則是全家出動
看著她快樂的小隻小鳥一樣舞動著 心理覺得好滿足
我的寶寶慢慢長大了....
心中滿滿的感動
Catherine told us she wants to learn ballet dance. So I found this popular studio in Lafayette for some weekend lessons. Last week her instructor invited all the family to watch the show as the finale of this session. Usually only Chris takes her to the ballet class, but I really like to see how it's like at her dance class.
First is the warm up, they hold a ribbon ring in the hands and move around. Then they changed several different princesses customs with different music in the background and dance the movements they have learned in the past 7 weeks. I just can't take my eyes off her!! Catherine, you are fantastic! We are very proud of you!!!

自製 frozen yogurt
有天逛到一個blog自己做優格
剛巧在 trader joe 有看到在販售 Greek yogurt
所以把冷藏很久的 冰淇淋機搬出來
材料很簡單
3 cups Greek Yogurt
3/4 cups sugar
little vanilla
先把糖加入優格中攪拌均勻
放入冰箱冷藏1小時
在倒入冰淇淋機 20分鐘後 好吃的frozen yogurt就完成了!!
寧寧吃的津津有味的 我也覺得酸酸甜甜的 有點像可爾畢斯的味道
只有拔拔不捧場 說太酸了
沒關係 那就少一個人搶吃啦 哈哈

She is turning four this November! I don't remember when she starts to have her own opinion about what to wear for the day. Of course, she changes several times a day.
This morning, the same episode plays again.. she was browsing in her closet, and asked me to get the pink dress for her, she said to me: Mommy, I want everything pink to match. I can tell she enjoys all the compliments she receives of how cute she is. But I told her " it is not what you wear make you beautiful, you are beautiful because of who you are". My sweet darling, no matter what you wear, you are the most beautiful girl to me!!
每天早上換衣服 小公主總是會有意見想要穿什麼衣服
這天早上 我為了要她試穿一件衣服 弄得我火氣很大 她淚流兩行
又一天 她說她要穿全套都是粉紅色的 因為這樣人家才會覺得她很漂亮
老實說 我喜歡幫她打扮 也喜歡聽別人讚美她
但是我不希望讓她覺得外表是最重要的
那天看oprah 很多長的漂亮的人
真的是好像會比較受到優待禮遇
但是畢竟美貌只是skin deep
真正的美是要由內心發出啊

真是可愛的姐弟兩...
One day I put Alex in Catherine's stroller the one Nanna bought her when she was born. She insists in sitting in the stroller, so both of them were in their own stroller. She likes to play peek a poo with Alex, once it was her favorite game when she was that small! It always made her giggles...
